This committee will play a major role in advising the PI/PD and the administration of UCC regarding the implementation of the RISE Program, and extending its benefits to the larger population of graduate students at UCC. This committee will meet quarterly and as needed, and will consist of:

- Omar Pérez, Ph.D., Dean of Admissions and Student Affairs
- Michelle Martínez, Ph.D., Associate Professor, Biochemistry
- Serguei Skatchkov, Ph.D., Professor, Physiology
- Gabriela Ortiz, Graduate Student
